Our collection, use and sharing of Student Data is governed by our contracts with the educational institutions, in the U.S. by the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and applicable state laws, and by other state, federal, and international laws as applicable, but not by the provisions contained in this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about reviewing, modifying, or deleting personal information of a student, please contact your educational institution directly. Its Learning may only keep a student's personal information for as long as his or her student account is active, unless we are required by law to retain it, need it to ensure the security of our community or our service, or to enforce our Terms and Conditions or as required by the terms outlined in agreements with each educational institution.

13.Indeed Prime Learning accounts are protected by a password. Users can help us protect against unauthorized access to accounts by keeping passwords secret at all times. The security of personal information is important to us. We work hard to protect our community, and we maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect against unauthorized use, disclosure of or access to personal information.
How Data is Used

Indeed Prime learning does not sell or rent any of user's personal information to any third party for any purpose - including for advertising or marketing purposes. Third-party advertising is not permitted on Indeed Prime learning. We prohibit using any student data for any purpose outside of those required or permitted by our contract.

14.Interactive multimedia allows learners to provide input to an online course and receive feedback as a result of the input. The input might consist of a mouse click or drag, gestures, voice commands, touching an input screen, text entry and live interactions with connected participants
Notification of Unauthorized Release:
14.Indeed Prime learning determines that an unauthorized release of student data has occurred, we will take prompt and appropriate steps to mitigate further release of student data as well as provide notice to the affected institution promptly. We will also work with the affected institution to provide information and assistance necessary to comply with any notification to parents, legal guardians or students, as required under applicable law.
Student Content:
14.Indeed Prime learning aims to provide students with easy access to any of their created content stored in the application. If that content contains errors, we provide easy ways to update it, or to delete it, unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business (e.g., we need at least an email address for an account) or legal purposes. Indeed Prime learning also provides students or parents, if the student meets the criteria of dependency as defined in Section 152 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, with means to transfer data to a personal account. A student or parent of a dependent who wishes to permit another person to inspect or receive copies of their created content must provide written consent that specifies the content to be disclosed, the purpose of the disclosure and identify the person or parties to whom the disclosure can be made.
