   1. 2. Subscriptions and Cancellations.
   1. Users that create a www.indeedprime.co.in account and subscribe to use the Service shall pay the relevant applicable subscription fee ("Subscription Fee"). Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, Users that cancel their subscriptions are eligible to receive a refund on the basis of the www.indeedprime.co.in Refund Policy.
3. If you cancel your registration within 24 hours after you got registered on this website, you will automatically receive a refund equivalent to half of the registration fee. The remainder of your payment will be retained to cover expenses for processing your registration and holding space at our data base.
4. If you reschedule or cancel services purchased by you, not later than 24 hour of purchase of service, a nominal deduction (20%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
5. If you reschedule or cancel services purchased by you, after 24 hour of purchase of service but not more than 3 days (including the day of purchase of service) deduction (40%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
6. If you reschedule or cancel services purchased by you, after 3 days of purchase of service (including the day of purchase of service) but not more than 10 days (including the day of purchase of service) deduction (50%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
7. If you reschedule or cancel services purchased by you, after 10 days (including the day of purchase of service) no refund shall be made until and unless it is proved that you have not been served for what you have made payment.
8. In no case, after 30 days of purchase of services, refund shall be made.
9. Refund will be processed directly in your Bank / Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.Cash Credited in are not available.
10. Credited in will not be given if you do not follow proper registration procedures and/or fail to present the required identification documents.In case your credit card/debit card/payment account has been accidentally over-charged, please notify our Help and Support Team of the same at the earliest. Refund of the over-charged amount shall be made in your original Account within 15 working days. In the reverse scenario service shall not be activated by Us until full payment is made.
11. No refund will be initiated incase of offline payment.
12. No interest is paid on a refund of any amount.
13. The refund of any fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund.
14. We reserve the right to modify and amend refund policies at any time by uploading the same in the website.All disputes shall first be Credited in amicably and you agree that, you shall place your complaint to our Help and Support Team at support@www.indeedprime.co.in
15. Payments.

The user agrees that www.indeedprime.co.in reserves the right and flexibility to collect payments for the various services provided by the website from the users, either directly or indirectly through intermediaries, business partners and associates on such terms as it may deem fit and proper.
    2. The user out of his/her own will and volition and without any outside force, coercion or influence of any kind whatsoever, has chosen to make payment to www.indeedprime.co.in , for the purposes of subscribing and using their various services.
16. Cancellation and Refund Policy.
    1. Since www.indeedprime.co.in is offering its services on the website www.indeedprime.co.in , www.indeedprime.co.in recognizes the intrinsic right of the user to cancel his/her subscription to the services of the website and hence adheres to the following refund policy:
       1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the processing of the order.
       2. No cancellation of orders placed under Super Express and Express Delivery category.
       3. No cancellations are entertained for those digital products that the User has purchased on special occasions and Public Holidays, etc. These are limited occasion offers and special discounts and therefore cancellations are not possible.
       4.
