1. Indeed Prime Accounts.
   1. To access certain features of and publish Content on the Service, Users must create a Indeed Prime Shineaccount by entering login information manually or by importing third-party login information from an external provider. When creating an account, Users must provide accurate and complete information. Users are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on their accounts, and Users must keep account password secure. Users must notify Indeed Prime Shineimmediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of their respective accounts.

   Subscriptions and Cancellations.
   1. Users that create a Indeed Prime Shineaccount and subscribe to use the Service shall pay the relevant applicable subscription fee ("Subscription Fee"). Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, Users that cancel their subscriptions are eligible to receive a refund on the basis of the Indeed Prime ShineRefund Policy.
3. If you cancel your registration within 24 hours after you got registered on this website, you will automatically receive a refund equivalent to half of the registration fee. The remainder of your payment will be retained to cover expenses for processing your registration and holding space at our data base.
4. If you reschedule or cancel services purchased by you, not later than 24 hour of purchase of service, a nominal deduction (20%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
5. If you reschedule or cancel services purchased by you, after 24 hour of purchase of service but not more than 3 days (including the day of purchase of service) deduction (40%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
6. If you reschedule or cancel services purchased by you, after 3 days of purchase of service (including the day of purchase of service) but not more than 10 days (including the day of purchase of service) deduction (50%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
7. If you reschedule or cancel services purchased by you, after 10 days (including the day of purchase of service) no refund shall be made until and unless it is proved that you have not been served for what you have made payment.
8. In no case, after 30 days of purchase of services, refund shall be made.
9. Refund will be processed directly in your Bank / Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.Cash refunds are not available.
10. Refunds will not be given if you do not follow proper registration procedures and/or fail to present the required identification documents.In case your credit card/debit card/payment account has been accidentally over-charged, please notify our Help and Support Team of the same at the earliest. Refund of the over-charged amount shall be made in your original Account within 15 working days. In the reverse scenario service shall not be activated by Us until full payment is made.
11. No refund will be initiated incase of offline payment.
12. No interest is paid on a refund of any amount.
13. The refund of any fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy.
    1. Since Indeed Prime Shineis offering its services on the website www.indeedprime.co.in , www.indeedprime.co.in recognizes the intrinsic right of the user to cancel his/her subscription to the services of the website and hence adheres to the following refund policy:
       1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the processing of the order.
       2. No cancellation of orders placed under Super Express and Express Delivery category.
       3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the User has purchased on special occasions and Public Holidays, etc. These are limited occasion offers and special discounts and therefore cancellations are not possible.
       4. In case User feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per Users expectations, User must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Indeed Prime Shinemay at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, terminate a User's accounts and access to the Service(s), and if it determines that a User is a repeat infringer of these Terms, pursue other remedies available at law or at equity. Indeed Prime Shinereserves the right to decide whether a User has violated these Terms for reasons other than copyright infringement.
